I heard about the lifetime guarantee from my sister's friend who bought hers at her hair dressers but I am wondering if there are any other places closer to my home that you can get a CHI. I looked online a folica only seems like it has a one year guarantee on CHIs and this is the same I believe with the store ULTA.
