Which model CHI should I get?

Ok so i have long (inch or two below shoulder length) THICK curly hair. i have found that the only brand that works on my hair is the CHI, and the time has come for me to choose one for myself. I've only tried the thin-plated CHI's before, and they still take a while to work on my hair, but i know they have thick-plated ones (two inches) my question is should i get thin plated (for flexibility and because i know it works) or the thick plated (cuz it can get more hair but i don't know if it will work or not) and with your answer please provide a model number because there is more than one model of both thin and thick plated CHI's

Which model CHI should I get?

Im not sure what you mean by thick and thin plated. I have the same hair type as you, thick curly and frizzy, and I use a chi turbo. It works pretty well, and I can straigten my long (3 inches below the bra) in about an hour.

My one piece of advice when buy a chi is to buy it from a hair salon or stylist. I ordered my first two Chi originals from Folica.com, and when I shorted out the cords on the two, I was told that there was no warranty because folica is not a registered chi seller.

So i guess my suggestion would be to go for the CHI turbo, I think that they work the best on thick hair.

I think u should purchase the CHI 1" turbo. I own a 1" CHI %26amp; I have thick, long hair (about 16" long). The 1" is preferred for it's simplicity and sleek design. It sounds like you will be doin your own hair, so the 2" plate would be quite bulky and you will def be more likely to burn your fingers. Since the original 1" CHI took a while, you should get the turbo (sorry, I'm not sure what model number it is). I am not a professional hairstylist, but I always do my hair and sometimes family and friends. May I also suggest that you use the CHI hair products. They are fairly expensive, but it's worth it. Your hair will feel silky and it will smell great!

I have long , thick, curly hair and i had a 2" chi and it broke in like 6 months, and it fried my hair. I say you get an FHI, or a Paul Mitchell. But if you really want a chi then you should get a big plate one.
