i want to buy a Chi hair straighner but i don't have a lot to spend. i also don't want a used one because i don't know who's hair its been on. please help!!

Try e-bay most of them are unused. Or get a job at a place that sells them and use your discount. Sometime you can find them on sale for pretty cheap. Why does it have to be a CHI? I have seen other brands of ceramic flatirons for cheaper. GO check out a place like Ulta.

i dont know how you can get a brand new one. just buy a "used" one and use rubbing alcohol to clean it. it really works. my friend did a test and rubbing alcohol gets it clean like it was never used! and that way it can be cheaper too
