Oh yeah it is.Try and do it sparingly.When you do use it, do not leave the iron in one spot more than a sec or two. Use a great conditioner and get a trim every 6 weeks.They are very addictive, and try to use one day of ironing to make it go for 2 days.I would advise not to colour and dye your hair as well as that is way too much stress for the hair.
